This policy explains what we collect when you use www.rentfully.io and the Rentfully product at app.rentfully.io, why we collect it, and who we share it with. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

• Account information. The name, email address, company name, and password you provide when you create an account, plus details of users you invite.
• Operational data you enter. Bookings, quotes, customers, inventory items, documents, and invoices you create in the product. This can include personal data about your own customers, which you control.
• Payment information. If you pay us, or take payments through the product, card details are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation and reference information, not full card numbers.
• Technical data. Log data our servers record when you use the service, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and error traces, used to keep the service running and secure.

Why we use it

• To provide the service and the features you ask for.
• To send service email — booking notifications, invoices, and account messages.
• To support you when you contact us.
• To keep the service secure, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse.
• To bill you, where a paid plan applies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers we need to run the service — principally our hosting and infrastructure providers, Stripe for payment processing, and our email delivery provider — and with authorities where the law requires it.

Your customers' data

Where you enter data about your own customers, you decide what is collected and why; we process it on your instructions to provide the service to you. If one of your customers asks you about their data, you can manage it in the product, and we will help if you need us to.

Retention

We keep your account and operational data for as long as your account is open. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise the data within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep records to meet a legal or accounting obligation.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@rentfully.io and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local data protection law.

Cookies

This marketing site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The product at app.rentfully.io uses cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure.

We will update this page as the product changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
